Transparency about our provisional organizational Structure

We are currently in the process of defining the best structure for our art initiative. At this stage, we are evaluating different options, including establishing an association, a foundation, or a society, to determine the most suitable formula to achieve our goals and serve our community effectively.

In the meantime, this website has been generously provided free of charge in form of promotion by PURPLEPRINT Creative SL  (Company established in 2008 in Barcelona, Spain. “Registro Mercantil”/
VAT Number/CIF ES-B64999055* *Temporary off-VIES) We are deeply grateful for their support, which allows us to share our vision and projects with you during this formative phase.

Artworks and Services Provided by Independent Contributors

At this stage, all artworks displayed in the gallery or on this platform (this website and its related social media accounts and or collateral digital channels), as well as any related services—such as art promotion, tiered offerings, or workshops—are provided independently by the participating artists, designers, curators and professionals. Each contributor takes full responsibility for their work and the services they offer.

As we continue developing our new structure, we aim to create a cohesive framework that supports and enhances these collaborations while maintaining transparency and professionalism.
