Purchase, Cancellation and Return Conditions
Before purchasing
It is important to understand what mono30 is and how it operates.
mono30 is a private space dedicated to art, design and culture, developed through collaboration between artists, designers, creatives and independent professionals. It does not operate as a conventional shop or as a large commercial platform.
For this reason, before making any purchase, we recommend reading our Privacy & Transparency page, where we explain in greater detail the nature of the project, how it operates and the responsibilities of the people and professionals involved.
This particular nature means that certain artworks, products or activities may be subject to specific conditions. These conditions never limit any rights legally granted to consumers.
Below is a summary of our general conditions.
1. Prints, publications and existing products
For prints, publications, objects and other products that already exist and have not been made specifically to order, we accept returns within 14 calendar days of receipt.
You do not need to provide a reason for your decision.
The product should be returned in a condition reasonably equivalent to that in which it was received and suitably protected for transport.
Unless the product received is incorrect, defective or has arrived damaged, the cost of returning the product is borne by the purchaser.
To request a return, simply contact us using the details provided on the Contact page, indicating the order and the product you wish to return.
2. Commissioned or personalised works
Works, prints, objects or other products made specifically to order, according to the purchaser’s specifications, or clearly personalised may be exempt from the general 14-day right of withdrawal where the exceptions established by applicable law apply.
When a product is personalised or produced specifically for a purchaser, this circumstance will be clearly indicated before the purchase is completed.
3. Workshops and educational activities
Workshops and other educational activities may have specific booking, cancellation and refund conditions, which are indicated on the page relating to each activity.
We recommend reading these conditions before making a booking.
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, it will be respected. Certain services linked to a specific date, or services that have begun or have been fully performed with the participant’s consent, may be subject to exceptions provided for under applicable law.
4. Exhibitions, presentations and public events
Exhibitions, openings and presentations organised by mono30 are free of charge and are therefore not subject to these return conditions.
mono30 is a private space, but its free public presentations and activities are open to anyone interested, within the capacity limits and specific conditions of each event.
If, exceptionally, a paid activity is organised, its conditions will be clearly stated before any booking or payment is made.
5. Damaged, defective or incorrect products
The right of withdrawal should not be confused with the purchaser’s rights when a product arrives damaged, defective or does not correspond to what was purchased.
In these cases, please contact us as soon as possible, including a brief description and, where useful, photographs of the product and its packaging.
The consumer’s statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming products remain fully applicable.
6. Refunds
Once the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal has been correctly communicated, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless another solution is expressly agreed.
In the case of physical products being returned, we may wait until the returned product has been received — or until sufficient proof of its shipment has been provided — before issuing the refund, in accordance with applicable law.
